Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Zestport! We are committed to delivering your orders safely,
promptly, and reliably across India. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how
we process and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders placed on Zestport are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be queued and processed on the next
available business day.
• You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a
dispatch notification once your order is shipped.
Note: Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options for all deliveries within India:

Free standard shipping is available on all orders above ₹999.
Please note: All orders are guaranteed to be delivered within a maximum of 10 days from
the date of dispatch.
3. Shipping Locations
Zestport currently ships to all states and union territories across India.
• We do not offer international shipping at this time.
• For remote or hard-to-access pin codes, delivery timelines may vary slightly beyond the
standard estimate.
• If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you promptly
after order placement.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
• Your unique tracking number
• The name of our courier partner
• A direct link to track your shipment
You can also track your order at any time by visiting the Order Tracking section on our website
or the courier partner's portal.
5. Shipping Delays
Zestport strives to ensure all orders are delivered within the promised timeframe. However,
occasional delays may occur due to:
• Exceptionally high order volumes during festive seasons or sales
• Adverse weather conditions or natural calamities
• Courier or logistics disruptions beyond our control
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout
In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed via email or SMS. We sincerely
appreciate your patience and understanding.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your package arrives in a damaged
condition or does not arrive at all, please follow the steps below:
• Contact us at support@zestport.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
• Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographic evidence
(if the package is damaged).
• Our support team will review your case and work to resolve it promptly — either through
a replacement, re-shipment, or refund as appropriate.
Note: Claims raised after 48 hours of the expected delivery date may not be eligible for
resolution.
