1. Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
• Item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and undamaged
• Original tags must still be attached
• Item must be in its original packaging
• Receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at infozestport@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. Once your return request is reviewed and accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back without first requesting and receiving a return approval will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item received. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at infozestport@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and resolve it promptly at no additional cost to you.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care and hygiene products (beauty, skincare, etc.)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Digital or downloadable products
• Sale items and gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.
6. Partial Refunds
We reserve the right to issue a partial refund if an item is returned in a condition that differs from how it was sent — including signs of use, missing tags, or incomplete original packaging. You will be notified of any partial refund before it is processed.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item (once accepted) and place a new separate order. The exchange process typically takes 5–7 business days from the time your return is approved.
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method. Please allow the following timeframes:
• Refund processing by us: within 5–10 business days of approval
• Bank or credit card processing: additional 5–10 business days
Total refund time may take up to 15–20 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at infozestport@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.
